Lazing About
On Thursday I had my first day off in a while. Slept in until 11am and pretty much goffed off the whole day. Yes!
In the evening I attended a bible study on Hebrews. I had to insert myself at Chapter 8 but the chaplain is thorough and so there will a lot more for us to cover. There weren't many there since most of the guys attending were away doing something.
Other than that, I am enjoying my Hogan's Heroes DVDs.
On Friday I move into my "permanent" tent. I'm still a little curious as to how long I will be at Scania.

Do tell us what this thing you called "goffing" is. Is it a native activity in Iraq? :-)
I'm glad you were able to relax for one day. I saw on the news that huge sand storm. Is that anywhere near you. Does your tent have A/C? I hope you are comfortable enough. I know you will have plenty of stories to tell us when you get home. We miss you and will continue praying for you.

You know, "goffing". They have a driving range just outside of the walls. They use "goff" balls and everything.
And to Sheryl, yes, I do have AC in the tent.
